Our Commitment to Accuracy
Canada Health Journal holds accuracy as our highest editorial priority. When errors occur, we correct them promptly and transparently.
Types of Corrections
- Minor corrections: Typographical errors, formatting issues, or minor factual clarifications are corrected without a formal notice.
- Significant corrections: Any correction that materially changes the meaning, advice, or medical information in an article will be clearly noted at the top of the article with the date and nature of the change.
- Retractions: In rare cases where an entire article contains fundamentally inaccurate information, it will be retracted and a notice published explaining why.
How to Report an Error

Please include the article URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, and any supporting evidence or sources. We aim to review all correction requests within 5 business days.
